Dietary requirements you share with us are used solely to prepare your table and inform our kitchen. This information is stored securely and is not used for any purpose beyond service delivery.

We send transactional emails related to your specific reservation or inquiry (confirmations, status updates) via Postmark, our email delivery provider. We do not send marketing emails unless you separately opt in.

We retain reservation and inquiry records to maintain guest history and improve service continuity. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
